is a type of county but you have selected to benchmark against the average of all of the western counties.
Benchmark Graph - Compares to the average of all of the western counties.
Standard deviations from the mean (Z-Scores) highlight to what extent the values for this county are unusual. The mean is calculated as a simple unweighted average so smaller counties contribute equally to the average as bigger counties.
Pink rows highlight where the county's data is unusually low (Z-Score <= -0.75); Light green rows highlight where the county's data is unusually high. (Z-Score >= 0.75)
